David Hughes
Our CEO
David Hughes has over 30 years of experience in the Medical, Dental and Beauty Technology sectors including with Philips Electronics and L’Oreal. David was responsible for the Sonicare brand in EMEA and APAC and for the Avent and Clarisonic brands globally. An expert in globalisation and localisation in business, David recently gave a guest lecture at the University of Washington. David graduated from Canterbury University and Manchester Business School and is based in London.
David is the co-founder of Techno Beauty Brands, which has helped PMD Beauty, NuFACE, Lightstim, Tria Beauty, Iluminage Beauty, Beauty Bioscience, T3 Haircare, Ted Baker Fragrance and other prestige brands to expand into International markets.
Maddie Hughes
Sales and Operations
Maddie has over 5 years of experience working in Sales and Operations and is currently based in Sydney, overseeing the APAC regional business. Maddie's experience includes Training Consultant for Techno Beauty Brands and PMD Beauty in the UK, Operations Coordinator at MindChamps Australia HQ and the Marketing and Training Coordinator for Executive Secretary Magazine. Maddie attended the University of East Anglia and Greenwich Management College in Sydney.
Debbie Stacey
Client Services
Debbie has over 10 years of experience in Client Services, Retail Education and Office Management. Debbie's roles have included: Customer Service and Marketing Assistant for Clarisonic UK and Customer Service and Retail Education with Techno Beauty Brands. Debbie graduated from Manchester University and has a Masters Degree from Birkbeck, University of London.
